This page explains the limits of this independent photo-to-dance tool, music and photo permissions, publication checks and our reporting process. It is not a grant of rights in third-party content.

What audio does the service deliver?
The current workflow requests audio and delivers one generated MP4. It may contain the NEON reference soundtrack. We do not currently provide a separate silent download or a built-in music-licensing service.
Receiving or downloading a video with audio does not mean you have a license to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, synchronize or commercially use that recording. Buying credits pays for generation, not third-party music rights. An uploaded video may be muted, blocked or removed by a platform.
Music, choreography and artist branding
A2O Lite Neon AI Dance is an independent tool, not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by A2O LITE, A2O Entertainment, TikTok or CapCut. Artist, song and platform names identify a trend or service; they do not imply permission or partnership.
We do not claim ownership of the NEON song, sound recording, original choreography, music video, artist likenesses or marks. Our service does not grant licenses to those third-party works. Users and the service operator may need separate permissions for their respective uses; a disclaimer does not replace a license.
Photos and likeness permissions
Upload only photos you are entitled to use. Every person depicted must be an adult (18+) who has agreed to the intended AI processing and sharing. Owning a photo file does not automatically give you permission from its photographer or the person depicted.
Do not upload minors, celebrities, public figures or A2O LITE members. Pets may be used when you are entitled to use their photos. An AI-created dance is not evidence that a real person performed it.
Sharing on TikTok, Instagram or elsewhere
If you intend to add a song within a social app, first create a muted copy of the downloaded MP4 in your own editor. Then select audio offered to your account in the destination app, only for uses that its terms and the relevant rights permit. The app may not offer the NEON track in your region or for commercial accounts.
Do not assume that an available sound authorizes advertising, brand promotions, cross-posting or reuse outside that platform. Check the permitted audience, region and type of post. Label AI-generated content where required, confirm everyone shown consented, and do not suggest that the footage is official.
Reference and demonstration footage
Reference dances and illustrative examples show the intended style and are not proofs of music or choreography licensing. Examples may come from third parties as credited on the page, and are not necessarily outputs generated by this service.
Do not extract audio or imagery from the examples and treat it as royalty-free material. Generated outcomes vary with the input photos and model.
Copyright, trademark or likeness reports
If you are a rights holder or a depicted person, email support@a2oliteneon.online with the relevant page or task URL/ID, the material at issue, your connection to the rights or person involved, the action requested and a reply address. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment details.
We may request reasonable information to verify and locate the material, review the report, restrict access or remove content where appropriate, and respond by email. A report does not guarantee immediate removal or a particular result. See our Privacy Policy for personal-data and deletion requests.
